On March 20, The College Board announced changes to the Advanced Placement tests for 2020 in response to the Coronavirus. Traditional face-to-face exam administrations will not take place. Students will be able to test from home and be able to choose from two separate dates. Content for most testing has been adjusted to reflect what students would have covered through early March. Information about the reduced scope of content that will be covered on each 2020 AP Exam is currently posted on AP Central®.
Additional preparation resources will be available beginning on March 25. Requirements for portfolio submissions have also changed. Full information, including specific test dates and the free-response question types for every AP exam will be posted by April 3.
