If C.S.R. appears on your child’s test of quiz:
Your child may correct the quiz or test and receive an adjusted score as long as the following criteria are met:
· A parent signature must accompany the corrected test.
· The test or quiz must be corrected 100% accurately.
· The test or quiz must be turned into Mrs. Reynolds no later than the next class day.
