The visual arts program acknowledges that the process of creative learning is important.

Students are encouraged to problem-solve, research, explore, experiment and be reflective.

Art nourishes creativity, curiosity and communication skills in those who make and experience it. These skills are useful in other curricula as well; success in the arts can translate into success elsewhere.
