Consequences: 1. Verbal Warning 2. Conference with self-diagnostic action plan 3. Lunchtime detention 4. Office referral
*Chronic behavior will result in referral to team for individual behavior plan with parent contact. *Severe or disruptive behavior will result in an advancement on the discipline plan or an immediate office referral. *Advancement on the discipline plan may be at teachers’ discretion.
